Mr Philippe Minghetti and Mr Rachid Mouflih: These individuals were employees of Awa Instruments. They both left Awa Instruments in the year 2005. Awa Instruments now has no relationship whatsoever with them.

Awa Instruments SAS: This legal entity was incorporated in Grenoble France in 2003 as part of Awa Instruments. During a corporate re-organisation in 2006 of Awa Instruments, this entity was sold to an unrelated business. This legal entity has since changed name and Awa Instruments has no relationship whatsoever with it.

Tethys Instruments SAS: This is an environmental instrumentation manufacturer company based in Grenoble, France. Despite the similarities of our products and business, Awa Instruments has no relationship whatsoever with it. In particular, Tethys has not been appointed by Awa Instruments as sales agent in any area in the world, and Awa Instruments has no technology or manufacturing cooperation of any kind with it.
